Playing the role of the antagonist as the Director of Elegance Children's Home, Nusurah Ssentogo, "Mr. Mteule" uses his influence to secure a million shillings for the Children's Home. Instead of using the money to improve the welfare of the needy children, he uses the fund for ridiculous self-centered purpose. The conflict is heightened when one of the needy children at the facility, Blessing (Beatrice Kapoka),who has heart condition and depends on a rechargeable Ventilation Machine, convulses when the Power Company disconnects power due to huge electricity bills. Her condition worsens and she has to be admitted to the theater immediately. This makes the children through their matron, Timona played by Faith Awino, to stage a protest against the director. What follow are dramatic twists and turns that eventually lead to the arrest of the director and Timona appointed the new director.
